1 Create news pages

You can create customized news pages, ideally you create a fleamarket page per category. Make sure they are always shareable across sites (editor: access > sharing policy = Shared).

Create a landing page for visitors of the page with all news content. Make sure you use the correct URL.

projectname.brainstore.com/news.

Then create newspages which you can actively promote and fill to taste for the public, the community and the organizing team

• projectname.brainstore.com/newsletter: newsletter items, must be set to public (green)

• projectname.brainstore.com/updates: updates are for members of the community (participants of a project and its steps like amassing etc.), must be set to restricted (orange)

• projectname.brainstore.com/bulletins: bulletins are for members of the organizing team, they must be set to internal (red)

• To all three categories, you can add nodes with news elements.

Please make sure the pages within the categories

• have the same access rights.
• all three categories are sharable.
• category news "search engines" are activated

Ideally you create a news-manager for the organizing team

e.g. a page called yourproject.brainstore.com/organizing-team/news-manager for the organizing team.

You can then link all four pages to this page for easy access, overview and management.
